We are trying to build a year round farm stand for direct market sales on our farm. It would sell our fresh produce along with other local products.
The beautiful historic farm we are located on had a long history of a farm stand on a busy road in South Central Massachusetts. We are hoping to revive that legacy with our own farm stand that sells our fresh produce most of the year as well as numerous other small farmers, artisans, and craftspeople. The farm stand would help us highlight and build coalitions within our community. Through cooperation the stand could help boost the financial viability of our small farm as well as strengthen the farms around us and better serve our community. Growing community by opening our farm and increasing food accessibility to the people of Charlton, Massachusetts. We are certified organic low till farm using restorative practices trying to mimic nature. Abundance Family Farm started from the idea that nutritionally dense food is for everyone who needs it. The vision was always to teach folks how to farm and add value to the farm by creating space in the public. After years of being in markets around us which we will continue we want to add the opportunity to skip the grocery store and buy from local growers.
