Overview

The vision of Fala Farms LLC is to create an agricultural business in which CBD and/or CBG rich hemp is grown, so as to create a fully self sufficient homestead, and community. Our 5 year plan involves the rapid growth of our agricultural process, which will reach an eventual yield of 50 acres of High Quality CBD and/or CBG rich hemp, as well as create many acres of high-yield produce, and complete our journey to total self sufficiency by 2025.

Our 5 year plan involves the rapid growth of our agricultural process which will culminate in the successful cultivation, harvest, and sale of 50 acres of CBD and/or CBG rich hemp by 2023. This will catalyze the development of a completely self sufficient homestead, and eventually of a self sufficient and interdependent homesteading community. In our case, self sufficiency will focus on 3 main areas: Food Production (produce, grain, meat, dairy, honey); Clothing (wool & hemp fabrics); and Fuel (solar, wind, and renewable wood supply, e.g. tree coppicing from our own tree groves)

Our number one challenge will be to help fulfill the high demand of CBD & CBG hemp biomass which has existed since the initial legalization of hemp farming & processing in Nevada from the year 2016. Due to the lag of CBD & CBG hemp biomass supply in relation to its demand, there has been, and still is, a high demand for hemp farmers in the state of Nevada.

Our solution to the high demand/low supply CBD & CBG hemp market in Nevada is to produce as much high % CBD & CBG hemp as possible on our modest 80 acre farm in Eureka County. The revenue generated from harvesting these hemp crops will enable and empower us to manifest the total self sufficiency of our homestead by the year 2025.

Our Go-to-Market Strategy is a simple, traditional, and highly successful Market Strategy, which has been the foundation of all farming ventures for millennia; “grow a crop which is in high demand, and sell it to the highest bidder”. Due to Nevada’s “closed borders policy” (which does not allow for the import of hemp biomass into the state) the supply is considerably less than the demand; thus, the average wholesale market price of 1lb. of high % CBD hemp biomass is significantly higher than the national average of $50.oo to $75.oo per pound. Further, according to the HempGrower.com January 2020 Hemp Market Update, regarding the PanXchange Benchmark Pricing* (link below), the national average wholesale price of high % CBG hemp biomass is $150.oo per pound. Also, per our research, the market value for high % CBD and CBG hemp will remain very stable in Nevada during the next 3 years, as CBG hemp is projected to outperform the CBD market. Simply put, Fala Farms LLC Market Strategy is to take full advantage of the High Demand/Low Supply CBG hemp market in the great state of Nevada.

Go to Market Strategy (cont.)

Phase 1 : Purchase agricultural land that is easily adaptable to hemp farming.

~ Excellent agricultural land has been secured near Crescent Valley, in Eureka County, Nevada. (downpayment & legal contract has been established with Western Outdoor Properties : GPS Coordinates to Center: 40.470, -116.443 (Real Estate Contract is Available Upon Request)

~ The land gradient varies from shallow, rolling hillocks, to gently sloping pasture, as well as mostly flat wild pasture. All 80 acres of grassland has been excellent wild grazing for Pronghorn, Elk, and free range cattle in the valley. The soil is a type of sandy loam which is ideal for growing many types of varietals from the grass family, as well as produce of all types.

~ Water Rights included with the land purchase are ; 1 foot of water per acre of land, annually (OR 50k gal/day ~ proper efficiency of irrigation would easily allow for agricultural cultivation of 50 acres annually)

Phase 2 : Fundraise $250,000 USD of Debt in order to install all agricultural infrastructure, and business components, necessary for the successful implementation of Fala Farms LLC.

Phase 3 : Purchase, and install, all agricultural and business components needed for the initial infrastructure of Fala Farms LLC, as well as for the ongoing development of a fully self sufficient farm and homestead.

  • ~ Agricultural components being a Water Well, Deer/Rodent Fencing, Cultivation, and other necessary aspects as detailed in the budget at https://kvisit.com/RA/qsMB

  • ~ Business components being Agricultural Insurance (crop, transport, umbrella liability), Permitting & Licensing, and other aspects as detailed in the budget at https://kvisit.com/RA/qsMB

Note : Fala Farms LLC is currently researching and exploring the market potential for the emerging CBG market, which is purported to have the ability to outperform even the current trends in the CBD market. According to preliminary research, the spectrum of cannabinoids which has been isolated and accentuated within certain CBG hemp strains may have even greater health benefits for consumers, as well as the ability to be easily transformed into other cannabinoids. (see link below for detailed CBG analysis)
