Offering an interest rate of WSJ Prime minus 50 bps, interest is paid monthly, and at maturity, your loan may be rolled over for a new 18-month term, or repaid in full within a 6-month period.
Since July of 2020, Steward’s platform has been connecting experienced agriculturalists with a community of lenders seeking to finance the work of ecological regeneration. Using this model, Steward has facilitated the financing of over 86 loans totaling over $31M for the farmers and producers doing the work on the ground.
Over the years, larger allocators of capital have expressed a desire to lend toward a diversified portfolio
of loans so as to reduce the idiosyncratic risk of financing a single project and the time to underwrite each loan.
To serve this need, we’re proud to introduce Steward Impact Capital, a credit product for participations in excess
of $250,000, diversified across a broad portfolio of secured loans to regenerative agriculture businesses.
