Term: Flexible terms designed around the business and the capital stack built for the project
Repayment Structure: Interest only for 12-24 months during construction, then partially- or fully-amortized up to a 30-year term
Equity Requirements: Senior secured loan can typically cover between 65-75% of total project costs. Through Steward’s capital stack consulting services we will help you assess programs to access grants and alternative forms of capital to help fill this equity requirement. Steward does not provide equity.
Collateral & Security Requirements: First position lien on the property and a primary lien on all business assets. Maximum 80% Loan to Value (LTV), Minimum Stabilized Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) of 1.2x
