KEY PROJECT ON THE FARM.
I am passionate farmer who graduated with degree in Agribusiness but interested is on organic farming. Currently in half of an acre land, I planted tomatoes in open ground, poultry farming and dairy farming.
The journey has not be easy to me, I have faced different hindrances in farm resulting to massive loss. Experience being the best teacher, I learn the art of farming which is attributed by passion, planning and implementation of key aspect required in farming.
I am happy for the last two two years I have be getting good profits which has enable me purchase three greenhouses, set up biodigestor for production of biogas to run farm operations. The farm currently is estimated to value $ 50000 through hard work and determination.
GREEN ORGANIC FARMING PROJECT:
This project will be implemented in Naivasha, Nakuru County in Kenya. The aim in producing healthy, organic farm produce by utilization of natural God given environment. Majority of people are suffering from lifestyle related diseases which is attribute by use of excess pesticide, herbicides and inorganic fertilizer.
The project itself is sustainable because there's high demand of organic farm produce which guarantees return of investment ventured on. The project estimated capital to kick off the project is $ 100000 to venture in project by investing in modern greenhouse, setting up seedbeds, soil treatment naturally and implementing the project.
THE PROJECT IS VIABLE TO INVESTED:
The project is sustainable and viable to invested upon because the market of organic farm produce is extremely high in Kenya and beyond the country. The farm produce will be exported to foreign markets for huge profits. The land is conducive for farming, availability of natural resource such as water and skilled man power to run the project.
