East Fork Cultivars is a craft hemp farm located in Southern Oregon’s Illinois River Valley, using sustainable, sun-grown farming methods to produce high-quality, genetically diverse, CBD-rich cultivars. East Fork maintains a resolute commitment to environmental responsibility, science-based education, and social justice.

Use of Funds

Short-term bridge financing will allow East Fork Cultivars to meet their immediate capital needs on the farm while pursuing their first Series A funding round. With the company’s flagship retail location, Hemp Bar, open after an extended construction process, bridge financing was utilized for the following:

  • Supplementation of East Fork Cultivar's e-commerce site to support their brick-and-mortar location.

  • Product development to relaunch the company’s popular CBD Drops, supporting the strategic directive of growing the company’s presence as a goods maker.

Regenerative & Sustainable Practices

As one of the first USDA Certified Organic hemp farms in the U.S., East Fork Cultivars strives to protect natural resources and conserve biodiversity through the following methods:

  • Actively planting pollinator-friendly flowers to maintain healthy pollinator populations.

  • Retaining a portion of their farm in its natural wetland state to provide a thriving ecosystem for native wildlife.

  • Utilizing sungrown farming methods not only use less energy and enrich the soil, but also produce high-quality, genetically diverse, cultivars.
