Meet the Farmers
A & H Urban Farm is an Oklahoma-based vegetable farm run by Amy and her husband, H.R. Their farm is stationed in the heart of OKC and have been growing vegetables there since April of 2019. They currently farm out of their backyard as well as an 8,000 square foot plot of land near their home. They have an additional 4,000 square foot plot of land going into production this month.
To date, they’ve made most of their sales between the two farmers markets - Paseo Farmer’s Market and Scissortail Farmer’s Market. They’ve recently begun to move more into the ecommerce space as well. They are working on an ecommerce site as well.

No-till, they utilize tarps to reduce weed and grass pressure

The farm consistently sells out of products at a few of the local farmers markets and they're eager to ramp up their operations.
