Meet Rossi Farms
For Joe & Bailey Rossi, what started as a small group of chicks purchased from the local farm store as a backyard hobby project, quickly grew to a large flock of laying hens that supplied eggs for themselves, family, friends & neighbors. From there they started selling eggs to other local customers in the area. Joe & Bailey soon decided to diversify their farm by starting to raise their own meat poultry and pork, much to the delight of their egg customers.
Joe & Bailey were already planning on expanding Rossi Farms for 2020, but when COVID-19 struck and most grocery stores were stripped bare, they realized an even bigger expansion was going to be necessary to fill the needs of their customers and community. Fortunately, most Farmer's Markets in the area were able to stay open for the season, with added safety precautions. They answered the call of local customers searching for locally & ethically raised sources of meat and eggs. All of their animals are raised humanely & naturally cared for, pastured or free-range, and fed only non-GMO feed.
